Lyons Capital partnered in negotiating the acquisition and relocation of a major metropolitan golf club in an attractive location. In a project involving complex planning constraints and a high level of stakeholder management, Lyons Capital worked closely with all parties to resolve initial objections. The master-planned community was rezoned and subdivided in to 550 lots offering recycled water. We introduced innovative medium density product sold on a split contract basis to balance with premium land allotments to achieve an ideal product/price mix. We retained substantial vegetation including significant trees along fairway lines incorporated into a high proportion of public space. The project was successfully launched, selling through four stages before exiting to a fund investor.
